1. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group General Contest Rules The following are basic contest rules for any/all contest, both on and off air, featured on Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group radio stations including Hits247, Viral FM, LGBTQHitZone & Mix247. Each contest may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules, in which case, a separate list of rules will be available for public inspection. Contests are open to all residents of the United States Of America unless otherwise specified by Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group and its affiliates. You Must have a valid photo identification. Employees of Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families, are ineligible to enter/win any contest executed on Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group radio stations. Contests are limited to one entry per person / per household unless otherwise stated.
2. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors, or representatives, absolves itself of any liability, financial or otherwise resultant of any on or off air contest conducted by Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group. All winners acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group, has the right to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, voice, and all matters incidental herein. All prizes (or the applicable certificate thereof) must be signed for by the winner, upon presentation of proper identification. (Drivers license, State I.D., Passport). Designated “winner” representatives will be allowed to claim prizes in another’s behalf, upon written and telephone confirmation. Prizes or any accumulation of prizes within one (1) year equaling $600 or more will be reported by Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group to the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. Winners understand and agree they are responsible for all taxes incurred on prizes received. All prizes, unless otherwise specified by Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group must be claimed within (30) days of winning. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group will not presume to notify winners of the time remaining on their winnings. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the specified time frame. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group will not mail out prizes to any winners. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group will not, to the unavailability of prizes awarded, substitute another prize, of equal value, for that which was originally won.
3. Winners are not eligible to participate in any Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group radio station contests for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of qualifying or winning a contest and/or prize conducted by any Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group radio station including Hits247, Viral FM, LGTBQHitZone & Mix247. All prizes are non-transferable. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke any prize awarded and to disqualify any individual it finds, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner including theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group contest phone line and any other behavior deemed disruptive or unauthorized by Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. In the event two telephone lines are “tied together” during a phone in contest, the entire call will be disqualified and another call will be taken Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group cannot award duplicate prizes to both parties in a ”tied together” situation. An example of a “tied together” call may be two telephone calls generated from the same location or residence. In order to win grand prize, qualifier pulled must be able to be reached at phone number given at time of drawing.

Once a prize is released it becomes the sole responsibility of the winner and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. All contest entries become the property of Typical Studios & Typical Radio Group. No purchase necessary to play/win.
5. The Stations does not assume responsibility if prize providers change rules and restrictions, and in the event that the prize provider is unable to provide the winner with their Prize(s). All Prize(s) are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize winner(s) will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize(s) they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize(s) is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner(s) may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Prize(s) will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of winner(s), or if a minor in the jurisdiction in which s/he resides, in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, for the actual value of the Prize(s) received. Unclaimed Prize(s) will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prize(s). If the winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. Prize winner knowingly, on their own accord, has participated in a promotion put on by Typical Studios, LLC & Typical Radio Group Participant and or prize winner waives any liability towards Typical Studios, LLC. for any infectious disease caught or transmitted while participating in a promotion or after having won a prize through such promotion.
